Procedure to Add PPV.
1. Payment should be collected PRIOR to adding PPV event*:
Ensure account is current (remind customer to make a payment if account is overdue to avoid disconnection)

Pay-per-view ordering guidelines.
1. Makes sure that the Set-top box is powered on and has the minimum signal requirements before adding the PPV
a. Signal Strength – 50 to 70 units
b. Signal Quality – 50 to 70 units
c. Signal Level – 110 units
d. BER (Bit Error Rate) – 1.0E – 5

Please checked the signal requirements before ordering the PPV to your dealers.

PPV Fee is separate from the advance 3 months you paid in acquiring the Prepaid Unit of Cignal.
